Well lets see,

My name is Josh Roa and I’m an average guy with average dreams of being successful. Given that the world largely bases success on financial aptitude, I plan to make millions to prove it.

The unaverage part of it, however, is that I’m actively pursuing the goal of finding out what it takes to become a millionaire, and if that wasn’t enough, finding out what it takes to do it in 80 days.

It’s become an ongoing journey for me ever since I set the goal at the end of 2009, to become a millionaire in 80 days. Though I didn’t achieve this goal, that experience taught me much about what kind of person such a goal requires you become, in order to achieve it.

Ever since those first 80 days, I’ve continued my journey with a proactive interest in learning more from the examples of new friends and old, fellow entrepreneurs and mentors, leaders in the field of entrepreneurship and success, as well as the wealth of literature available to any person prepared to look.

To say that I learned a lot is an understatement and I’ve been testing strategies on implementing what I learned with the prospect of getting closer to my goal. One of the other things I’m intent on doing, is sharing the knowledge with those ready to hear it.

Now, I’m not talking about regurgitating a text book here and there with the intent of stealing the glory. No, I’m talking about relevant, applicable steps necessary to anybody seeking to master themselves and their businesses.

The way I look at it, is that if hundreds upon thousands of successful entrepreneurs can live by the same few core principles and habits, than it’s my duty to seek them and test them out for myself. Further still, is that if these truths work for me, the greatest gratitude I can show is sharing them with others who wish to change their lives for the better as well.

When you look behind my Journey to Becoming a Millionaire in 80-Days, you’ll see the deeper value in it, in that, if you desire a thing and constantly move toward it, you will surely attain it. I believe this with all my heart because I’ve seen it happen with the relationship I’ve created with my wife and my children and know that if I can master my personal success, than business success is sure to follow.

It’s like the words that were engraved on a paperweight in my parent’s living room read, “If you seek first to build the business and not the man, you will surely fail. But if you seek first to build the man, you will succeed at both”

At the end of the day, life teaches us lessons, sometimes repeatedly and against our will. In addition to begrudgingly learning these, I’m prepared to approach life and request the extra-curricula activities that could very well be the key to me reaching the success I’m pursuing. I mean hey, what could possibly be better than joining an average guy intent on becoming highly successful and extremely wealthy in real-time.
